Application Procedure for Tenants

 

If you would like to apply, please follow these steps:

  1. Please download the rental application here.

  1. Print-out the Application and fill it out completely.

  1. Fax, mail, email or bring it by the office for consideration.

  1. Your Application to Rent must include:
    • A fee of $25 for each applicant. (Every adult that will be signing the lease must submit an application and application fee)
    • The fee must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order.

  1. Must provide
    • Copy of your proof of income
    • ID (Driver's License)
